Louisa once pondered the vast potential of administrative support from offshore talents.

While the idea shimmered on the horizon, taking that decisive step felt daunting.

2019

Then came 2019, a transformative year. Louisa teamed up with an offshore company.

Amid the uncertainties, including training her new team and streamlining processes, she questioned: "Have I made the right move?"

But with dedication, a flair for process design, and late nights, the results astounded her. The offshore team not only mastered administrative tasks but elevated them, freeing her core team to focus on their primary roles, maximising their expertise.

2020

Inspired, together with Aruna, Louisa embraced offshoring in 2020.

Within six months of taking the plunge, they hired their second offshore employee, and as they say, the rest is history.

Our Story

GOSS was founded in 2024 by Louisa Herbert and Aruna Rajakaruna — because we'd felt the frustration firsthand.

Louisa spent 14 years running a strata management franchise in Victoria. In that time, she hired offshore team members more than once. And every time, it took over six months of additional work — documenting, explaining, correcting, re-training — just to get them operating in her business processes. The capability was there. The system to bring them up to speed wasn't.

So, we built GOSS.

GOSS exists because the training gap is real, and no one else was solving it properly.

Today, GOSS has evolved beyond staffing into a full operational efficiency partner — combining business process mapping, AI integration, and trained offshore support to help Australian businesses get their time back.
