GOSS was co-founded by Louisa Herbert, who spent 14 years running a strata management franchise in Victoria before selling it above market value. We built GOSS because she felt the problem firsthand: offshore hires that didn't work, training that fell through the cracks, and the constant burden of doing everything yourself.
